Yes, the Portuguese Hawaiian Society would be of help, but they have info only from the American end. And you've probably discovered all that right now. The fellow's name is Dan or George and his last name is Nelson. He's on this list. He'll answer you, but the Society in HI won't have anything on the Azores end.
