Why I ask people to post the link. Reasons for posting the link: 1) Makes it easier on the translators. They just click the link and read the parts you are having problems with. Requester is not taking up any more of their time by asking them to navigate the CCA site and drill down to that particular record. All that is needed to be told to look at the top right, bottom left, etc.
2) Unless Requester is sure that their format works on all PCs, Macs, Linux and that everyone who reads their post has the same software, the upload won't work. It would have to uploaded in multiple formats, taking up more space in our archive/web board/forum. The link doesn't take up that much space. 3) At least 10 people will send a message to the list saying they can't open the file. The list is busy enough without the extra traffic. Who wants to come home from a long day at work and find 10 messages in their inbox saying that they can't read the file? Please post the links everyone! Thanks!
