One more thing to point out.
The strategy for the Family Finder test in your case would be to find the oldest living descendant of Luiza and get them tested ASAP. That will eliminate as much as possible the other unrelated lines. Get everyone of her descendants tested, if possible. The more the merrier.

One thing you might be able to do, if she had any daughters, and if these daughters had any daughters who are living to this day, is get the mt-DNA test and maybe somehow, someone in the future will match and you can find that one maternal line.Also, the Family Finder test will register her DNA, but as Cheri has pointed out many times, it will take time to figure out relatives you are getting from her unknown parents.
