I back your pardon, it is Mosteiros. My core family is from S. Jose and other nearby towns and I find interesting that one of the witness was Jacinto Jose, same name as my 5th ggfather who had a daughter also named Luisa.
You also mentioned a passport. Was it a PT passport? Aand if yes what was the date of issuance? You might be able to trace it to the online passport records.
