Just found out why Graciosa is coming online before Ribeira Grande.
It's because they had a lot of requests for Graciosa.
So it pays to speak up.
This also seems to mean there might not be any problem with the Ribeira Grande records. They are just going to be the in line to be uploaded.
My question will then be what will follow Ribeira Grande? I hope it's the passports for Horta and Angra. I heard Horta's were already scanned. I don't think Angra's were scanned yet.
