Hi Bob,

If you lost any of the research I did for you about 10-15 years ago, I still have it and can send it over to you.

I know there were some of your Terceira lines that went into Graciosa, aside from your mother's side.

And I thought I explained those terms like freguesia and concelho that we run across every day in the records.

Let me know.

Hello Graciosa researchers.  For give me but I am not use to some of these terms and I have been waiting for a long time for Graciosa to come on line as my Dad's mother is from Graciosa and it will open up a lot for me.  But I do not know what a confession roll is and or what freguesias is either.  I am one of these members that is a lunker I guess, or should I say that I have a full time job and 20 others things going on in my life to be researching every day.  Any way can some one email me personally advise me what these items might be to help me out?  You can email me at bobcams...@aol.com
Thank you for your time and help

I have no ancestors from Graciosa that I know of. But the confession rolls would be interesting, unfortunately I can not read full documents. tho. Well a week or two is no biggy, I would just like to finish the last branch that I have not done.

I suspect they skip a week or two, Pam. But maybe not this time...

Did you notice all four freguesias have the confession rolls? That's really going to be helpful for people who have expostos and pai incognito lines, like that mystery person I described last month who is a match to me on Family Finder.
