At the conference I spoke to both Legacy Family Tree and RootsMagic (genealogy software for your computer).
Legacy Family Tree has some volunteer translation teams working on various languages. They have both a Brazilian language team and a continental Portuguese team. The fellow I talked to could not remember which was which, but one was very close to being completed with their translation. So very soon Legacy will be available in Portuguese. RootsMagic is working hard on making their program available for Mac users. They are about 1 year away from that goal. Their next item is for other languages. Bruce Buzbee asked if I could help him find volunteers to help translate and I said yes.
