Part of batch 575 came in last week. I know that the customer service rep I talked to this morning was new, as I have never spoken with her before.
But since they had to send you new vials, yours may be fast tracked. As far as I can tell from the admin pages, Family Finder and mtDNA is behind. It looks like they are working on the ones from the Father's Day sale last month, in June (as well as the genealogy show). The lab manager said NOT to have a sale in June because of the new lab equipment that was coming in. And they still had a mini sale anyways. And I notice that they have changed the layout of the personal pages AGAIN. ARRRGGH!! Doesn't I.T./Engineering have anything else to do???
