Hello Everyone, I am needing help with the margin notes in the baptism for Jose Silveira Furtado, the 2nd baptism down on the right hand page.

I believe I have found his passport record in the 1873 Horta records but I can't read the margin notes here in the baptism and am wondering if this is the same person I want. If anyone could help with these margin notes I would very much appreciate it.
