I am trying to read the handwriting in the baptism listed for 1800-1830 for Faial, Azores (bottom of left page) but am experiencing some difficulty.
It is the baptism of Agostinho, son of Jose Francisco Pereira of Matriz of this villa. It mentions Jose Antonio de Fraga and Maria. It mentions Manuel Garcia Sis? and Marie Victoria. It mentions Joao Jose Andrade and Antonio Francisco da Yaria? I'm guessing these last two are godparents I would be most grateful if someone could help me here. Because I have very little information on Agostinho, I really need the flesh around the main facts.
