Adair, Your "Ignacio de Borba" line is from Norte Pequeno, Calheta, Sao Jorge and the earliest records we have shows them as natives there to the late 1700s.
Patricia's Borba ( Machado) line are from Norte Grande, Velas, Sao Jorge.
