Bill; I tried creating a spreadsheet like that. I’m not conversant in spreadsheets and I gave up on it. I may try that again though. Thanks for the input, Sam

Each sheet has columns appropriate for the record (baptism date, name, paternal grandparents, godparents, death date, etc.) I paste the record link into the first column. As I search through, I put the last searched link in the spreadsheet so I can pick up the search later. Also, since I save the spreadsheet on a "cloud" drive, I can start searching from whatever computer I am on at the time. Works for me....
