Sisters.  The second, named for the deceased sister.

JoaquinaA died 11 July 1825 at 7 months
JoaquinaA would have been born in October 1824
JoaquinaA would have been conceived in January 1824 

JoaquinaB was born on 2 December 1825
JoaquinaB would have been conceived in Feb/March 1825

There's enough time between the birth of Joaquina A (October 1824) and the 
conception of JoaquinaB (Feb/March 1825) for this scenario to work.
