Hi Theresa,

 

A 12 marker match is considered a low level match and if you look closely what 
you are looking at is .9% not 90%. So the chance that this match is your Pai 
Incognito is .9%. Unless you are grasping at straws I wouldn’t bother.

If you are in the Azores DNA project one of the admins can help you understand 
better just let them know the kit number.

OK, I have no idea what this means.  I got my uncle's DNA Y 12 match today.  Is 
this good or is it not good, or is it 90% of the males in S. Miguel match him???

I am totally clueless about this DNA stuff.  What I do know is that 4 
generations is his Pais Incognito.  I don't even know if I should bother Olavo 
Pereira Costa with this.
