This the baptism of Jeronimo? (left page, bottom record) son of Ignacio Pacheco and Francisca Maria born the 5th of November 1745.

There are several Jeronimo's in this family line and that may be what this is; but I'm not too sure of that. It kinds of looks like H?alyeromino? I can't tell if the first letter is a J, S or a fancy M?? Any suggestions/help greatly appreciated.
