Hi Evee, Here's a stab at it.
I can't read the father's second surname, but I don't think it's Costa though it could be da Costa. The mother's name looks like Maria da Encarnacao (Maria do En CarnaCam) I read the date the same as you do. I can't make out what it says after Ribeirinhas. I see "foi baptizado por mim o Cura desta Igza" Igza = igresia, Cura = curate Godmother is Roza da ConCeiCam (Rosa da Conceicao) m.er do Sargento (?) Balthazar Vieyra. I don't know if it is "sargento"; my brain wants to turn it into Lorenzo, but letter by letter, sargento seems to fit better.
