Mom's name has Raphael's "p" running into it. He was living in Nordestinho.
The church there is Sao Pedro. That's is where you will find his baptism (and
mom's name, but someone here will probably figure it out).
Looks like you have baby Pedro right. He was born in wedlock. That's why I
always start to look for the kids the day after marriage. Well, I look for a
couple of years before, just in case.
