I have found the baptism record for Joaquim http://culturacores.azores.gov.pt/biblioteca_digital/SMG-PV-MAEDEDEUS-B-1705-1719/SMG-PV-MAEDEDEUS-B-1705-1719_item1/P165.html (lower left), and the obito for Izabel da Costa http://culturacores.azores.gov.pt/biblioteca_digital/SMG-PV-MAEDEDEUS-O-1687-1745/SMG-PV-MAEDEDEUS-O-1687-1745_item1/P98.html (bottom right, then top of next page). But I have not been able to locate a baptismo record for Barbara (I'll keep looking), nor a marriage record in Mae de Deus or Faial for Manoel Alvres & Izabel da Costa.
