For all its worth; d'Angelina is correct. This form is commonly used in
Portuguese and French.  It is the suppression of  "de+Angelina"=
d'Angelina. 🙂

I also don't think it is an alcunha but more of a reference to the Angelina
family branch.  Probably someone well know within the Parish at certain
point in time.
