Mary, the birth record year 1688 clearly states her name Magdalena. Please observe the left margin and you will see it spelt out.
This is a record of primary evidence. The information on the other site is secondary information prone to transcribing errors. Magda is the short form and not to be mistaken with MaRg.da Perhaps the list can offer you more feedback on this.
