I tried it in all four browsers, IE, Edge, Firefox and Chrome and only get a partial image.

They say it displays fine on their end with IE. It drives me crazy when there's a technical problem and IT people say, "Well just use _____." (Fill in with the browser of your choice). FTDNA likes to say "Use Chrome." The CCA likes to say "Use IE." Cmon now, we can't be bouncing around like that. It needs to display correctly on ALL browsers or someone's not doing their job in quality control. And if it's one image, that should mean the error is on their end. But you can't tell them that. Let's see what others are seeing and I'll report it back to them. I emailed the CCA and they said to use Internet Explorer (on one image??) I have a newer computer and they don't have IE anymore. They have Edge. I had the same display program. What do you guys see?
