This is the marriage entry of my great grandparents Manoel Martins de Gouveia and Apollina Augusta de Jesus, daughter of Jose Pacheco de Faria and Francesca Candida (de Souza). What I am trying to determine is where Apollina (or Apolinaria as she is referred to in other documentation I have) was born. I have combed the Rabo de Peixe baptisms from 1846 to 1860 and can’t find her so I’m thinking she may have been born and baptized nearby. I can’t read the writing and can’t seem to make it darker on my end so if someone can give it a go I’d appreciate the help. Since I just got the results of my mtDNA back I’m really working on tracking down my material lines. Thanks in advance for the help!
