George, just as a FYI, women often changed their religious names or tacked on a surname but I've never come across a woman changing her 'given' name (ie Anna to Clara or vise versa). I could have been an error by the priest of scribe entering the info though, so tough to figure out. You just need to find all of the children born to your couple.
