Her name is Semiana, not a common name. Compare it to the F in Francisca. The 
upper case F has a horizontal line.

Bottom right, Luiza;  Eighth line down, is the maternal grandmother “Semiana 
Rosa, Semiana Roia or Femiana Rosa, Femiana Roia?  Very clear handwriting but; 
a bit stylized and I’m not sure if it is an S or an F.
