Louie, it says that both of the marrying couple are from Ribeira Seca so, look for their baptisms in Ribeira Seca to the parents mentioned. You have the parental names correct except you need to start writing them with the small 'de' not capital 'de'. It should be written, Manuel de Souza de Mattos/Matos. I don't think we talked about which program you are using but most allow you to write the given name and first surname as Manuel de Souza de on one line then Mattos on the Surname line. When it prints it comes out Manuel de Souza de Mattos.
