That's that sorta sister site to the CCA. You can either go to the Azores
or hire someone to go there and get it for you. I think it says it is
physically in Horta. If so, I believe Joao Ventura goes to Horta from time
to time. Right now, he's in California, lecturing on genealogy. Go ahead
and email him and ask if he can get it for you, but he may not get back to
