The Ponta Delgada archive is a pain. Many of the freguesias online end around 1905 or so. They should now have the books up to 1910. Maybe 1915. You should contact the archive for a 1908 record. See if their email address is on their web site. I'll look for it when I get home, unless someone else finds it first. Cheri
