Yes there is a Madeira email list like this one. The email is prt-made...@rootsweb.com. I believe if you send an email to that address saying SUBSCRIBE it should get you on the list. In the meantime, the way Erica explained how to view the Madeira films on line at FamilySearch.org is the best way of doing it, just follow her instructions. Tombo and the Archivo Regional da Madeira are no where near where Family Search is right now. There's no need to compare lists, just go to the site that has what you're looking for. Not all parishes are available yet but a decent amount are.
