Mary, The date is 9 October 1719. But, no names of relatives that I see. I think there was a witness, Teo (?) son of Manuel Ferreira. CITCEM doesn't show any birthdate or parents. Wife is shown as Maria Francisca Maciel and lots of children. It confirms his death date.
