As I suspected, the priest made an error and should have indicated filha natural de Helena Rosa and Pai Incognito, because her spouse Antonio had died four years earlier. Or he recorded the record that way purposely. Who knows. But when Emilia married, as already noted, no father was mentioned; nor did the priest state it was father Incognito, just "filha natural."
