Sao Miguel island uses St. Michael (the archangel?). Sao Jorge uses St. George (the dragonslayer? Don't know which St. George). Other than that, I think it's usually whatever the church is. So my guess is Capelo uses Santa Ana and Feteira uses the Divino Espirito Santo. Again, just my guess.
