Michelle, It's Manuel Jácome, b. mid 1600s in São Pedro on Santa Maria island. He married Guimar Velha probably 1660s. They died on São Miguel island in Vila Franca.
Their son, Manuel Jácome married Maria de Mello and that's how my line wound up with the Mello name. My dad carries the Y- DNA of these 2 Manuel Jácomes.
