As to CCA, being down.. There's something I scrapped together for some future use in tombo.pt, but haven't had the time to integrate it anywhere: https://status.tombo.pt/ And specifically regarding the CCA: https://status.tombo.pt/778734960 You can check if it's down for only you or it seems global. It also tells you when the monitors detected the site going down.. In this case it seems that the CCA was down for 1h, after being up for 1344h (that's 56 days, or uninterrupted since July 10th).
