Con Ginny-Al Tours from around Oakland, California used to do them, but they retired. Maybe others know of some.
The festas run from about May through around September or so. So any time during the summer is good. If you are looking for a festa in your ancestors freguesia, you'll have to hunt around for that information. They could have their festa in July, or May, or or or. So you'll have to do some digging.
