It pays off in the end. Both Luis and Antonia are my 1st cousins 5x removed. With the help from JR in this group, I've done a bit of work on both sides of this family. Antonia's line leads to Ribeira Grande, Baltazar de Paiva and is listed in Rodrigo Rodrigues Genealogias de Sao Miguel e Santa Maria.
