Sean A, The part of the sentence that contains Sao Roque says "of the freguesia of Sao Roque in the place of Rosto do Cao."

The dot for Sao Roque is a little east of Ponta Delgada. Grandparents are listed but typically, they don't state where the grandparents are from.
