I got the same/similar message at first re FTDNA (not sure which mistake); tried again and it worked. Is it possible to upload a 2nd test? Wondering if there would be different results via the Ancestry test? All companies have their own similar processes. I encourage everyone to read the article and try to follow along. You don't need to understand the gory details. The only understanding is that there's a lot of science and stuff behind the scenes going into these matches and it's not a perfect science. There's no way to appreciate it until you read (or attend) lectures like this.
