The note reads: "*N.1 casou e mudou o nome doc. no 1386 do maço n.o 5 a verbado 18-9-68"* *This means that in Sep of 1968 the birth record of this individual was further noted to say that the respective person had gotten married and also changed her name. * In other words, it was a cross reference to a document # 1386 roll # 5 recorded September 18 1968. It also sounds like she did not go by the given name Balbina. You can order the document # 1386 in roll # 5 dated Sep. 18 1968, to know exactly what was going on and what name she went by.
