Marsha S, It's how you have your computer set up. You have to set up your computer to pick Outlook, another email client, etc.
When I find a match that I want to email, I RIGHT click the envelope. A menu window opens, with choices. I pick "Copy Email Address." LEFT click that. Then I go to my email client and paste it (Ctrl+V) or right click and a menu opens and LEFT click Paste. (Works for a PC running Windows).
