I agree a marriage date of 1921 would make more sense. That 1981 date is 
definitely wrong.

She's born in 1896. Her daughter, still living, was born in the mid-1930s. She 
is a legitimate birth.

 

Note 1: Rosa married Francisco de Medeiros Melo (correct) in 1981?!?!?!  But 
the note was made in 1968. That does say 1981, right?

 

Note 2: Says Francisco the husband died in 1963 (kinda hard to do if he didn't 
marry her until 1981) but then I *think* they correct the marriage date in Note 
1 to the year 1921. 

 

Am I reading that correctly?
