I see:

groom = Antonio de Pimintel

groom's father = Jose de Arruda
groom's mother = it looks to me like the priest made an insertion to the 
text in the margin (see the "+" signs); ????? "da Encarnacao, ja defuntos"

bride = Echolastica de Medeiros

bride's father = Antonio de Medeiros, ja defunto 
bride's mother = Jacinta Oliveira

yikes, that was hard going!  I skimmed the baptismal locations because I'm 
not familiar with the Island, but there may be more info to be gleaned from 
them.
