I have done a little experiment with our RSS server. If you use the
following URL you can retrieve all items retrieved in the last 15 minutes

our server. If you know the time you last retrieved your feeds, you can
enter the interval from that time after the -m parameter (in minutes).

is probably updated more regularly at times.

can go without rescanning the feed. Would it be possible for bbc news to

this or would it be irrelevant given that the news could potentially

every minute?
