Well the latitude and longitude are in the feeds:
<geo:lat>49.92</geo:lat>
<geo:long>-6.3</geo:long>
So it would be a fairly simple matter to parse through the feeds and
grab out the required data. You might want to put a little pause
between each request, out of politeness, so you don't bomb the BBC
server (although I'm certain it can take it).
