Same browser, 2.0.0.11 from XP. It's actually redirecting to
http://news.bbc.co.uk/nolpda/ukfs_news/hi/default.stm which is strange.
Tried IE as well to see if it was a strange cache thing.

Could it be that I am VPN'ed to a USA IP address?
