Interesting, I thought.

I'll be interested to get Dave Crossland's perspective on this.
However the reasons for making the specifications restriction free are easy to understand.

I haven't looked at it really yet, and I suspect that their motives are not clear by these actions...

...however, I may be misinterpreting a shift in direction for Adobe.
I hope I am.
