I had a similar issue with safari a couple of weeks back
nearly brought it to the list, but it cleared after a few days...
as you gather, an issue around the stylesheet

Had a look and the stylesheet reference off to http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/r18179/style/style.css
comes back as something that’s definitely not a stylesheet!
