Craig, Actually we are merging from a complete script based backup solution to BackupPC. This is because we are working with more sysops on the systems, and we want to allow our customers to manage their own backups. Scripting the backups isn't an option anymore then, because the customers aren't really into Unix as we are. > BTW, you could also use an automounter to avoid the application level > having to worry about mount/umount.
