 Thanks for reminding me of these.  The deprecated defined(@Backups) is
already fixed in 3.3.1 and 4.0.0alpha3.  The two other fixes (minor typo in
en.pm and adding the =encoding directive to BackupPC.pod) will be in the
next 3.x release.  All your 4.0.0alpha3 patches are in my source tree for
4.x.

I'll likely add your cgi-file-size patch to 4.0.0, without adding another
configuration option.  I don't think I will include it in the next 3.x
release (I'm trying to keep 3.x changes to bug fixes at this point.)
