doh.  i knew that.  what was i thinking?

for some reason i had it in my head that backuppc plus rsync plus
hardlinks didn't play well together.  (i know all about the
repository copying issues -- that's not it.)  looking at
conf/config.pl, can i just add "--hard-links" to
$Conf{RsyncArgs}, and have it all work the way i want?  maybe
there was a problem on an earlier release of backuppc?  hmmm...
