Hi,
This is a bit strange but I had successfully set up backuppc on another machine 
with FC4 on it and everything went ok, I can back up and restore through CGI. 
However my original system when I first asked the question about CGI issue 
still has the CGI issue. I did a comparison between the two and tried to set it 
up the same way with all the permissions based upon the working machine. 
Unfortunately, it still didn't work and I'm having the seteuid problem again.
